Q: We love your venue but need to work out some details and are still
deciding. Can you hold a date for us?

A: Our event bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will only
be able to book your date upon receipt of a signed contract and 30%
deposit. If you have decided to book with us, we will hold your desired
date for 10 days from when you receive the contract so you can review the
details and return a signed copy along with your deposit.

Q: How long does your event season run?

A: Year round; however, please understand that that hydrangea garden and muscadine arbor are at their most beautiful in late spring through summer and lay dormant through cooler months.

Q: Do you book multiple events on the same day?

A: No, we do not book multiple weddings/events from separate parties on the
same day.

Q: Will there be an event the day before or after my event?

A: Quite possibly! However, we will never double-book the time you have
reserved.

Q: Can you accommodate events other than weddings?

A: Yes! We have flexible space that can be great for a variety of events
including rehearsal dinners, anniversary/engagement parties, corporate
events/retreats, birthday parties, family reunions, and memorial services.

Q: What is your facility fee?

A: Please inquire with us at XXXXXXX and we will provide you with the most
up-to-date pricing information based on the time and amenities you're
looking for!

Q: How far in advance does River Bend Farms book?

A: One year.


Location and Area Information


Q: Are there accommodations and other conveniences nearby for my guests?

A: Yes! Although River Bend Farms is located in a rural area, we are
conveniently located just 4 miles from I-77 and numerous hotels and
acclaimed restaurants.  Charlotte Douglas International airport is an easy
35 minute drive.


What’s Included? Amenities and Property Information


Q: Is River Bend Farms full service?

A: A staff member will be available during your event, but we do not
provide catering, flowers, photography, entertainment, or event
planning services. However, we can provide parking attendant(s) and a "day
of" coordinator.

Q: We are planning an outdoor ceremony. Is there a backup plan for rain or
harsh weather?

A: Yes! We have a large indoor heated and cooled space as well as several
covered gathering spaces.  For larger groups, you may want to consider
reserving a tent.

Q: I have a favorite photographer, caterer, florist, etc. Can I
bring them in for my event?

A: Absolutely!

Q: Who is responsible for cleaning the property and trash removal?

A: Our staff does a thorough cleaning before events, but event parties are
responsible for cleaning and disposing of trash after the event unless you
have prearranged with River Bend Farms to handle this task for you for a
fee.  You are responsible for removing anything brought on to the property
by 10:00 a.m. the following day.
